1. Return Eligibility
- You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product if there is any issue.
- Products can be returned immediately, with delivery charges paid by the customer.
- The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
- Stained, dirty, or used products are not eligible for return.
2. Return Process
- Contact our customer support team via Messenger or Hotline to initiate a return request.
- Provide your order details and, if required, images of the product.
- Return the product via the designated courier service to the provided address.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
- If the product is out of stock after the order is placed.
- If you received a wrong or defective product.
- Refunds will be processed via Bkash, Nagad, or Mobile Recharge.
- Cash-on-delivery payments are non-refundable, but exchanges may be allowed.
