By accessing or using our Website or placing an order with KidFeet, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Website or place any orders.

2. Orders and Payment

Order Acceptance

All orders placed through our Website are subject to acceptance by KidFeet. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including, but not limited to, product unavailability or pricing errors.

Payment Terms

KidFeet offers Cash on Delivery (COD) as the primary payment method. No advance payment is required. Payment is due at the time of delivery. Additional payment methods may be introduced at our discretion.

3. Product Quality and Delivery

Product Quality

All products sold by KidFeet are sourced with care and subject to quality checks to ensure they meet high standards for children’s footwear. If a product does not meet the advertised quality, please contact our support within 24 hours of receiving your order, as outlined in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Delivery

Delivery charges are applied based on location (Tk 80 for Dhaka, Tk 150 for other districts). Delivery times are estimated at 2-3 days after order confirmation. While we strive to meet these timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. KidFeet is not responsible for delays beyond our control.

4. Returns and Refunds

For detailed information on returns and refunds, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy. In summary:

• You may request a return or exchange within 24 hours of receiving the product if it is defective or incorrect.
• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days via Bkash, Nagad, or Mobile Recharge.
• Cash-on-delivery payments are non-refundable, but exchanges may be allowed.
• Products damaged due to misuse or late return requests (beyond 24 hours) are not eligible.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy. Please contact our support immediately if you wish to cancel an order.

6. Limitation of Liability

KidFeet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product(s) in question.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our Website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangladesh.
